Sandy Dean has been working the fitness industry for more than 20 years.
She works with people of all ages to help them achieve strength training, sports-specific conditioning, agility, weight loss/gain, and improved health.
Most importantly, she focuses on preventing unnecessary injuries.
Nominated for Best Trainer in San Diego by the SD Reader, Sandy has been featured in Health magazine and the San Diego Union Tribune.
She continues to add new certifications to her resume.
For her own fitness and recreation, Sandy enjoys surfing, rowing, running, biking and triathlons.
